One must have a mind of winter
To regard the frost and the boughs
Of the pine-trees crusted with snow;

And have been cold a long time
To behold the junipers shagged with ice,
The spruces rough in the distant glitter

坦然面對冬日的雨雪風霜，不為消逝的事物過度感傷，接受，放下，讓一切回歸於平靜。這或許就是詩中所謂「mind of winter」（冬日的心境）吧。
